Nicotine Hand Sanitizer?

Today I spent a good 8 hours at my dad's house looking around at what I've missed since I moved to Minnesota 9 months ago.

As my brother and I were sorting through his collection of Snus tins, I noticed what looked like a pack of cigarettes. When I looked at it, it said something like "get nicotine delivered as you sanitize your hands."

Is that something that's popular or do you think he got it for the gimmick factor? I think he had a few of them. I didn't spend much time going through that part of the house today.

I have seen nicotine water for sale before. It doesn't sound appealing though as tasting snus is 1/2 the fun. Snussoff, is the stuff you found called Nicogel?
