Has anybody tried Oliver Twist? I saw it on BuySnus and was curious what it was/what it was like. Is there as much nicotine as a normal portion of snus?
Anybody tried Oliver Twist?

Yep, they're pretty good. I believe they have just about the same but am not sure exactly (reg Snus is 8 mg). The Originals have a pretty good flavor and are also very concealable so they can come in handy.
I haven't had the flavored ones in several years and seem to remember the hit wasn't as good, but can't recall for sure....maybe I just didn't care for em. I use these too, two at a time, but much prefer Snus myself.

Oliver Twist is a tasty treat with plenty of nicotine in it. What you do is move it around your mouth until the twist is wet and soft, then you can chew down on it, releasing even more flavour. You can chew however much or little as you like. I use the Original blend, just the taste of pure tobacco. I'd say, give it a try!

First of all EggMcMartin, welcome to the forum.
I love Oliver Twist, it's a real flavor blast and just a nice change up occasionally. I always keep some on hand, and maybe have it once or twice a week when I think of it. The flavor is strong, way different than snus. But again, just a nice change up.
Royal is my favorite, Tropical isn't bad either. I have the regular and artic in my freezer two, I will get to them sometime this year. I have 6 little boxes in my freezer and I suspect that will last me a year. Like I said,m only an occasional thing, but it does always make me smile when I use it.

Not sure where in Raleigh you are, but the tobacconist at Southpoint carries Oliver Twist, as does the Circle K at the corner of Leesville and Leesville near 540.
I use it as my "back-up" if I run out of snus between orders, since it is a little more locally available. I enjoy all of the flavors I have tried thus far.

Lanci3250, my fellow Triangle snuser!!
Yeah, it's only recently I even heard that it was sold here. I do appreciate knowing where though. Normally, I only buy them a couple of times a year and get enough to last for a while. And I was so traumatized once running out, I order when I am down to 30 can of snus now (see other threads, I keep a LARGE stockpile on hand)
But should the day come where I do, then absolutely, these are a far better stand-in then anything else. BTW, I check Swedish Match's store locater about every 3 months. Richmond is still the closest place to buy Swedish snus.

Thanks for the info everyone. And thanks for the welcome to the forum, sagedil. I think I'm going to go out and see if I can find a place that sells Oliver Twist here in in NYC...if not I'll order some.
