    Oliver Twist chewing tobacco bits

Has anyone tried these? I'd like to include a pack in my next order from buysnus.

Do you actully chew it? Is spitting necessary?

Unless you dig diarrhea then spitting is optional. If you need more flavor from them then you give them a little chew. They are quite small, about the size of a tic tac maybe a little smaller. Doesn't really matter what flavor you buy, they all end up tasting like licorice in the end.

A person can still buy them in Tobacco shops in Canada. If I were you i'd just check the local tobacco stores and see if you can pick up a little box of them to try out.

My grandfather used to chew these all the time. So i had the chance to use them for quite some time, when i feel nostalgic and miss old papa i go out and grab a can, the taste brings back memories of chasing cattle with him. May he rest in peace.

I use these every few months, have had some on hand going 2 1/2 years now. Have never spit, have never had any stomach issues with them at all.

            Same..

They're tasty, and a nice break from snus every so often. I like snus much more, but I get the bits on occasion. They're good for topping up weight tiers from Buysnus :^)

I use these a lot, along with the piccanell. Very good. No need to chew. If you want you can bite them between your teeth lightly and get the flavor out, then put back in place. Put them in same spot as snus if you want and less spit. I never spit and have never had any issues.

Also - I emailed the company, they are Danish, but I asked if they make these in the exact same way as snus - that is not fermented, apparently so. The person there said its made same as Swedish snus.

As far as nicotine goes - not strong - but I will tell you this, for me, leaving one in for an hour - and I have no need for a cig. Double up - and I'm really good. It is as good as a regular portion for me.

The best thing about these to me is that they are smaller than a mini, give me good nicotine - and without the tea bag are basically like a "tidy los". In other words you get the straight tobacco and no portion material. Anyhow - that's my 2cents. I order these pretty much every order I make.

They are just a nice break, tasty, something different. I don't reach for them often but they always bring a smile to me when I use them.
