I did this for my mom last month and didn't read the fine print.

All I did was call and complain and they waved the $99 fee. She took the first $49 shipping for the re-fills then called and had them stop.

I just complained that they didn't show the correct advertising well and he said they had many complaints and didn't have any problem with waving the fee. It was Smokerelief.com

and yes PP it is very appropriate for this situation. although it is partly my fault for not reading the fine print, but since when is the fine print supposed to be on a whole different link.
