Yeah---definitely just have to consider all available evidence and make an educated decision, plus try to do things to mitigate the risks you do take.

Frank Sinatra smoked Camels(unfiltered, to boot)from his teens until his death at 82 from heart failure. Would he have lived longer if he wasn't a smoker? Dunno...he was 82.
His friends Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr weren't quite so lucky, on the other hand. So, there ya go..
