I toyed with ecigs on and off for a couple of years. The last time I was on them for 2 months straight - no analogues. I could feel my lungs becoming irritated, but i kept telling myself that they were better than cigarettes and vaped on. I started getting shortness of breath - pretty badly. I couldn't make it up 3 flights of stairs without having a pretty bad attack - only able to half fill my lungs at best. I had never experienced anything remotely like this on normal cigarettes. A few months on and my lungs still haven't fully recovered. A quick search on google and I find I am not alone - far from it. I'm very disappointed that this alternative to smoking is flawed but I think to date the possible negative effects are not well known. I'll never try them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. Thank the gods for snus. Into my third week cigarette free. WOOT!!

4 years ago, I tried e-cigs. They were rubbish and tasted of dog. I'm not a fan.

Congratulations of being 3 weeks clean of cigs! Nothing like getting rid of that nasty "sucking the paper dick" habit lol. Snus is BY FAR the best for of tobacco available the world over. I am so glad others are starting to catch on, I try to pitch it to smokers all the time but they don't think it's effective or that it'll be too weak in nicotene. A can of thunder and that'll change their minds!
