To me, e cigs are far less harmful than cigs. They aren't harsh on the lungs like smoking is, and there is evidence that it doesn't adversely affect your health, as per research and various YouTube videos I have watched. If I didn't vape in addition to snus, I'd still be craving cigs more than I am now. With this combo, I've gone whole days without cigarettes. Snus gets me most of the way, but not quite all the way. As I've said in other posts, sometimes all you have time for or need is that quick hit and snusing isn't always convenient. Especially considering my school is completely tobacco free and popping in a snus or disposing it involves a trip to the restroom and I don't like leaving my portions in for more than 30-45 minutes. Obviously, it isn't for everyone and what works for me, won't work for everyone. Heck, as I've even read in the above posts, snus alone works for many people as well. That all being said to, if I had to stick with one harm reduction method for obtaining nicotine, it would obviously be snus.
