    I Dissected A Rechargable E-Cig And I Found....

not too mucking fuch. Just a wire that heats up from the battery. Wrapped around that tiny wire is some soft cigarette filter like material, and the metal cap to make the battery connection. I can see absolutely no reason that these can't be refilled as long as its the same [or nearly the same] flavor.

All ya have to do is have a syringe to inject the e-juice into the small hole that you draw vapor from. No need to take it apart.

The brand I opened was a depleted NJOY and the part I opened up was the "filter" end not the battery. I can see how most all the disposible E-cigs and the cheaper rechargable E-cigs are probably made this way.

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Did you inject that hole with ejuice? It might flood it, its the airway passage. The automatic batteries, without a button to fire it up but relies on your draw to make it work, have an opening that if you allow ejuice in it will kill the battery. The battery life on njoy is short and its not rechargeable. Many cartridge and atty or cartomizer with filler are available to pair up with rechargeable cig a like batteries. I find it kind of charming that you dissected your njoy. When you have time and the inclination search the world of cig a like e cigs online. My choice is eRoll. I recommend them wholeheartedly with no reserve what so ever except they dont handle e juice that runs thick very well and they can be expensive at first but eventually, after learning curve is complete, are very affordable, very flavorful and yes a PITA until you get a little routine going. They are my favorite and i own big regulated mod, mechanical mods with kick, bottom feeder mods and other cig a likes.

I don't have any ejuice yet. All thats needed to be done to refill it is to inject a bit of ejuice into the airway hole that you inhale from. Inject enough to saturate the fiber around the heating wire and no more. There is no way any ejuice could ever get into the battery..no way on the NJOY at least. This is a rechargable NJOY not the disposible one. Well, the cartridge is disposible but the battery isn't. The battery charges thru a usb.

I'll get some wta ejuice soon, use it a bit untill I make a final decision on what kind of decent e-cig I want to invest in. Right now this thing will help me find the juice that I like....as long as it menthol cuz thats the flavor of NJOY cig that I have. All I want in an e-cig is menthol anyway. I just have to refill a completely depleated cartridge otherwise the favors may mix. I suppose you could deplete a regular tobacco flavor cartridge and put in any flavor to try out.

Ohhhh! Didnt know that njoy had rechargeables. Yes the P 38 WTA is menthol. I got some this time around for the first time. At first i liked it but now i dont very much but i can vape it just not my first choice. Weird because i smoked Kools too. Maybe ill find myself craving it later. That happens a lot.

this NJOY is just a temporary fix for me. My wife is useing it and when she depletes the next cartridge I can reload it with decent ejuice to use untill I find a decent e-cig I want to invest into. My wife seems to be happy with it and hasn't mentioned that it doesn't give her the same satisfaction as a real cig. These things don't do squat for me tho....so I'll be getting some wta juice VERY soon. I'll use it in this NJOY till I invest into a decent e-cig.

Seems funny how little there is to make an e-cig. The battery simply heats up a tiny wire. The tiny wire is wrapped in some felt/gauze type of material. All I have to do is rehydrate the felt/gauze material and I have a new refilled disposible cartridge. Along with that is the metal connector piece to connect the battery to the wire and screw the battery to the cartridge. Very very simple idea.

nah, I just like to take things apart to see how they work. The felt/gauze that I pulled out was completely dry and hardly even smelled like menthol since it was spent. So it can be refilled and there shouldn't be any taste left over from the original juice that it came with.

The cheap mans refillable e-cig. I'm sure they can be refilled many times before the felt/gauze disintegrates. But you need a syringe and know how little juice you need to fill it. Overfilling would be very easy to do.

I did have a question but never asked it. I know the answer now. The question was....do you need to keep the little rubber cap on the end of the e-cig? I wouldn't think so but if you keep the end sealed your juice won't dry out so quickly. Do any of you keep the cap on when not useing your e-cig?

The little cap keeps it from drying out if you dont vape it. Up. Keeps dirt out ofthe cartridge if its laying around colecting dust ( or in your pocket, purse)

                  Thank you

So I imagine that most people do use the cap to keep it sealed, correct?

I was referring to the cheaper e-cigs that have the felt/gauze like material in them that absorbs all the liquid. The wire goes thru it to heat it up so when you take a drag you get the vapor. The ejuice will not leak out of this kind of e-cig. [unless you are refilling non-refillable e-cigs and you over load it].
