    Homebrew Snus eJuice Anyone?

Anyone brave enough out there to soak some los snus in a mix of vegetable glycerin from your local Walmart and some propylene glycol from your local Tractor Supply store? In theory, you should be able to vape the final product after you strain it through some cheese cloth; however, I would suggest adding some flavoring.

    Ping!

Did anyone read this post? IMO it has some good potential... it would also be cheaper to make than buying the commercial stuff.

      Uh, you first.

Is either VG or PG a good enough solvent to extract nicotine from snus?

YES! VG is used to make pharmaceutical grade extracts and herbal tinctures.

I know when people do a variety of tobacco extractions like this if they want nicotine in their vape they add it to the results. Natural Extracted Tobaccos or NETs. You can google them if you want.

              Found this source:

              http://www.goodejuice.com/store/good...-13_93_69.html

Which makes sense, sort of, but doing it with an already processed product like snus seems a bit on the dodgy side. Goodejuice must add nicotine to their mixes since it is available in a stout 36mg concentration.

Just 'milk' some moist portions, and mix in glycerin. no need to filter.

This liquid is made with snus http://www.want2vape.com/Red-Pirate_p_37.html

If you want to do it yourself you just mix 5 - 10 snus portions in 50ml of vg, let it sit for a week, there you have it. Or you can extract more of the nic by soaking it in vodka first.

                    Or there is this...

YES... this is what I am talking about; however, only extract the juice after letting the snus sit in the VG for a few days. The effect should be the same as using snus without having to put an actual portion in your mouth. It would be like vaping snus! I didn't realize Tropical Bob did a video on a similar concept.

Fascinating. Needs much more experimentation. Could well be a way to have our snus and vape it too. WTA on the cheap?

That's what I've been thinking... I agree on further research; however, it should give eJuice on heck of a kick... and you can flavor it with anything you want!

Okay as a starting baseline let's say we have 15ml of 6mg unflavored juice. How many portions of what strength should we steep in this and for how long? Alternatively how many of what strength should we try if we use 15ml of just straight VG?
