Keep in mind some ejuice has no throat hit. I hate when than happens. Next is when they barely have flavor plus no throat hit. The juice is half the problem!
And that's why the joye ego-c twist VV battery is recommended as you can adjust the throat hit and flavor by honing in on it by changing the volts at a twist on the bottom...

Yes. A regulated battery with options to change the voltage is the best battery. The others will decline soon after a fresh charge and keep getting weaker. You spend 3/4 ths the time with a too weak battery. That equals frustration ,and not fun.

PP the eGo threaded batteries are about as close to an equipment standard as exists in the ecig world because not only will various and sundry clearomizers fit them but also any of legion of "510" threaded devices such as tanks, atomizers, cartomizers, etc. etc. I have a couple of Vivi Nova Mini 2.5ml tanks due in to go on my eGo C upgrade passthrough and I'll report on those.

You mean the ego-c twist? Do you suggest the 650, 900, or 1000 mAh. If so then thats the battery I was interested in. This is for evening use only...I think. So We don't need a huge battery and a huge capacity juice chamber.....but if I take it out for 24 hours I don't want either to deplete on me. 900 mAh isn't too big is it?

all I have to do is figure out the slimest cartomizer. There are 4 different kinds in the drop down menu. Can someone tell me the difference. I'm fairly confident I can pick the colors...

Sorry I'm asking so many questions but I feel compelled to do the necessary research before I purchase just about anything.....been burnt too many times. But I'm happy to hear your recommendations on the cartomizer.

I found an e-cig store near me and I'm going to check them out tomorrow. They are retail so I will have to find the best price online as well. E-coupons????

@ Fay....you know too dam much about this stuff my Dear. You have really done your research. Thanks for your input. It greatly helps me to make a more knowledgable decision.

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

If you're not going to be hauling a vaping rig around with you then I recommend an eGo upgrade 650 passthrough rig because you can keep it plugged in while you are vaping at home and not worry at all about running out of power. 650mah doesn't sound like much but since I do two or three snuses at work I haven't come close to running my battery down in over two days time without hitting the charge cord.

Another reason I recommend it is that it only costs 22 bucks at MVS and no other charger is needed. The bigger mah Twists obviously have more duration but you may well not need it plus a seperate eGo style charger is needed for them.

Yes! The ego-c twist and is a VV Battery... The 900mah would be a good middle ground size.... I have the 650 my daughter has the 1000 mAh and the height differnce is maybe an inch if that maybe 3/4 of an inch... Here size does matter The larger the battery the longer it will hold the charge when vaping without having to recharge.... My 650mah depending on use throughout the day may last 2 days withought a charge, But my daughters 1000 mAh may last 3-4 days, But is bigger in size....

You can make the battery last longer by hitting the button on the battery 5 times in between vaping to shut it off and it won't deplete as fast then hit the button 5 times to turn it back on.... My daughter claims she has had one of of her ego-c twist batteries turned off without depleting it at all....

IMHO... I have found the slimest cartomizer to be the ego clearomizer 2.0 and can get them even cheaper here.... http://www.sun-vapers.com/buy/vision-ego-clearomizer/

Just remember there are knockoffs of the ego clearomizer on different sites and the ones with the V etched on them are the ones you want... Some sites have different names for them as described in the site above... You want the V3 (Vision 2.0) These are genuine ”eGo Vision V3″ brand CE4 Clearomizers as are the ones at myvapestore...

Yeah, My daughter has the EGo C upgrade 650 passthrough, But it is not a Variable Volt Battery which means you are stuck at one volt... It's a great battery as an addition for when one goes dead as you can hook it up to your USB on your computer or wall outlet and vape as it charges, But not necessary, But as I type this my VV 650mah battery went dead and can't vape now.... So every once in a while I have been un hooking it vaping a couple vapes and plug it back in.... Yes a pain in the ass ATM, But for what PP needs it for it can wait IMHO. Besides it only takes a couple hours to charge the battery any way.... I'm starting to get in the habit of charging mine every other day depending on use.... I was hitting mine hard today so I just may charge it every night before I go to bed.... If you don't use it and have the battery turned off I see no reason why it would go dead.

Just my 2 cents.... This whole E-cig thing can be as complicated as you want it to be or as simple as you want it to be and all in between.... Way too many variables.... You learn as you go, But I still think there is alot more versatility in what me and BadAxe posted.... It's tried and true....

I admit I don't know much about the E-roll and fayfool may have something there as a very experienced e-cig user.... I may have to look into all that later, But I just go by what has been recommended the most and love what I have for my needs and my daughter loves hers... There are also tanks that I use that go with The Ego-C, But that as too much ATM....

From what I know about dripping it is the best way no doubt, But you have to constantly put drops of e-juice in that setup and only get a few vapes before having to put more in.... Too much work for me now and besides if I'm getting great flavor now with what I have and don't know the difference it's all good.....

Well you folks have been a great help and I'm sure others will appreciate your recommendations as well as new members come to this forum. I will look at the 900 and 1000 mAh batteries tomorrow. I don't want to be messing with charging very often. Remember the wife will be useing this also and the xtra battery life and lenght of battery will be fine. I'll have a hell of a time explaining it to her as it is.

I had thought that the Vision Clearomizer 2.0 looked like the slimest. It says that they go bad or wear out after a couple of weeks. Isn't it only the atomizer head that wears out? If so then I should probably order 5 [different colors for different flavors] plus get a few replaceable Atomizer Heads for Vision Ego Clearo 2.0.

If this is true then think I've might have it figured out. I'll just have to do some price comparisions. E-coupons?

I certainly respect Fays opinions but I fear, at this point, that it will be a long time before I gain enough knowledge to go to the next step. Perhaps I will be quite satisfied with the system described above. All I know is that this Njoy rechargable doesn't give me any satisfaction whatsoever. I'm hopeing that the WTA juice will take care of that. BTW Fay.....that was a compliment.

You really should consider this http://www.gotvapes.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=518 as your atomizer. If you are looking for slim, this is your answer.

If the wife is going to be vaping too... consider 4 batteries and two chargers... it's hit or miss with the batteries. I have some 900 mAH batteries that hold a better and longer charge than some 2300 mAH ones!

Bottom line... you'll want to rotate your vapes just like you do with your portions. At any one time I have 7 batteries with 7 tanks for different flavor options. That excludes four extra batteries and my eVic! I use the eVic exclusively for Aroma P38!

lol you are too dam hardcore mate. My wife and I would only be useing these at night for the most part. 2 batteries should be fine for now. As you probably already figured out when I find a flavor I like and stick with it. [Think Coffee snus. I have never finished an entire tin of any other flavor]. I want 5 or 6 of the cartomizers for a few different flavors. Theres no reason a cartomizer without the battery attached can't sit around with juice in it for a week or so is there?

So I went to put a few things in my cart and the atomizer has a drop down menu that says 1.2 ohm and 2.8 ohm. What do the cartomizers come with originally? Why the difference?

I put off getting a decent e-cig for the very reason that early on I realized there are so many options that I had to learn about. Luckily I had some time today to really get into it and learn from you guys. Seems like every dam step I take I end up having another question. Sorry bout that.

@ Bob....I know you are just trying to confuse me more.
I'll stick with the system we have figured out. That thin of a cartomizer isn't so necessary. But it does look nice.

Now that's weird... The Vision Ego Cartomizer Head 2.0 cartomizers originally come with an Atomizer Head of 2.4 ohm. (Standard Resistance) Yet when I ordered the extra Atomizer Head it came in the drop down list with a 2.4 ohm... I don't see it now unless they are out of that one, But they do have them here In a 5 pack... http://www.sun-vapers.com/buy/vision-v3-atomizer-heads/ PP you are talking about the Ego Clearomizer 2.0 cartomizer replacement Atomizer Head correct?

I checked my order from myvapstore and it was indeed the 2.4 ohm Atomizer Head replacement I received....

Edit: Sometimes you do have to order from other or multiple sites to get what you want if they are out of stock on what you need... Not much differnt than snus.... I had to place 3 orders on my last one because one didn't have the color I wanted the other was Out of stock on the cartomizer I wanted... Hey with about $2.00 shipping Why not...

No there is no reason juice can't stay in carto/clearomizers for a week. Several week might be pushing it a bit though. Carto/clearomizers come in a variety of ohm ratings and there is no "original" rating per se although most prefilled cartos come in around 2.5 ohms. When you start getting into the myriad choices involving voltage/ohms then it's easy to get confused initially. As one gains experience then the nuances will emerge. The CE4 Clearomizers that I got with my eGo batt. were specced at 2.4 ohms and they work just fine so far on a variety of juices. On a Twist if the lower resistance carto seems a bit hot in its draw then you can adjust the voltage down to account for it, and of course vice versa. Either 2.8 or 1.8 should be fine with a Twist.

Wait and see! It turns into an addictive hobby. I was once like you... bought a starter kit with two batteries... then the search for the perfect ejuice starts... you'll discover what I'm talking about. There's a reason that ECF is so big.

Hell, part of my kitchen looks like a meth lab... wait until you start DIY with the ejuices! Anymore, the only purpose snus serves me is something to do while I'm trying to create the perfect ejuice.

Answer me this... why did you end up with so many cigars? You'll come to find that like cigars, one is never enough.

Go ahead... get a basic two battery starter kit... soon you will discover it ain't that simple.

Here's one for you... I don't vape outside of my house... that's right... I'm a closet vaper! Thank God for snus... and even then people look at you as though you are some white trash hillbilly... they equate snus to American chew... and you know the types of people that do that... the young... the uneducated... the part of society that is "unwashed."

Hardcore... maybe... but then again half my freezer is stocked with snus! I still have some Claq Qui... do you?
