use more power than a single coil? Whats the advantage of either single or dual coil? and upper and lower single coil clearomizers?

Do dual coil clearomizers......

I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Dual coil devices are preferred by some because of their supposedly more intense vape quality but they are a distinct minority in the equipment range. They may use more power if the combined resistance is low. As far as what "low" is it usually is taken to mean devices that have a lower than 2 ohm resistance. As the resistance of an atomizer goes down the amperage needed to drive it goes up so it does impact battery life. There are connoisseur aspects of super low resistance atomizers with which I am only vaguely familiar. Perhaps Waz or Faylool, or even Eric, will weigh in on that.
Top coil tanks usually have long wicks and result in a somewhat warmer vape. Bottom coil tanks usually have much smaller wicks and result in a somewhat cooler vape. Those are very gross generalizations though and many other factors can come into play. Each type has, as might be expected, its fierce defenders and sneering detractors.

thanks for the response. I would have thought that it would use more power with a higher resistance coil tho. Other than that I'm glad to know the difference between the upper and lower coils. I love the dual coils I have but I have no experiance with single coil so I thought I would ask.
My questions and everyones answers [especially Whalemeats] will help others learn as well, in the future.
Thanks mate.
edit; won't this one fit the itaste batter without an adapter, and not show any threads?

I'm starting to think it may be better to just stay with the type of clearomizers I already have. Otherwise I may end up with a bunch of flavors and have to have both types filled with my favorites. Thats kind of stupid just to have a freakin cap. I was up late thinking and researching this and I probably wasn't thinking right. sorry. But its nice to learn and know about these things. thanks
the tiny 350 mAh battery is probably the way to go. Too bad they don't seem to make them in VV.Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......
