Your opinion on the various bottom feeder mods...please

Ecig technology marches on. I'm starting to investigate the bottom feeder mods...time to get confused again. Good olde RobMe turned me on to the Reo Grand Mod information so that's where I started. I understand Reo is a great company with great personal customer service. Have any of you guays used any of the bottom feeder mods? Can you post your experiances? I understand how they work and it seems to be the way to go.

I've been using an Itaste VV for quite some time now and I am happy with it. I only vape during the evening so I don't need a mega battery. The Itaste VV has plenty of battery life for me. I use Protank minis as well and that fine with me because it takes me 4 or 5 days to use up a full protank.

I suppose my question is do I really need to upgrade? Will I get a better hit, meaning more flavor? I surely don't want to invest into an expensive mod if I can't get any definite advantages.

Thanks for any info anyone can provide.

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I've got a Reo Woodvil 18490 and it's all I know. Once I got the Reomizer RBA for it, I was done thinking about other devices. If I get another one, it will probably be a Reo mini 2.1. It's awesome not having to deal with tanks or cartos or any of that. I've looked at all the new devices and it seems like you need to keep buying more stuff. With the Reo, I never have to buy anything but juice.

This is one of the first videos I saw on the Reo Grand. Seems like the woody is a bit better on a few points. Maybe its all personal preference. I'm not fond of any of the plastic chambers as I much prefer glass. But all I know so far is that they all use plastic. One little concession isn't a big deal to me tho. There are a ton of videos to check out and my guess is that most are a bit more encouraging.

      Thanks for you input JP

why does my wife always walk into my room when I'm laying down and my laptop is bouncing on my stomach from laffing? She always makes me explain.

edit; oh hell. I thought you were simply referring to the term bottom feeding. That's why I was laffing. But I just realized that I put that in conjunction with the term "Mods" and that is pretty dam funny. I guess I didn't realize what I was posting at the time. Ya got me again LX. The term mod does have several meanings.

Yeah I think the Woodvil is probably the one to buy. I've had mine for two years and I've injured it a couple times and was able to just send it to Rob and have him fix it for me. There's something about the wood that makes it hit better. I looked at the video and it looks like the guy was having some issues. I think that's really just a fluke. The Reo has a very large following. Some people have 3+ of these mods in their collection. At one point I was really getting tired of cartos and I thought the best atomizers were way too expensive, so I was thinking of getting something else. Then they came out with the RBA, which was a game changer. The Reomizer is something that Rob tweaked just for the Reo, so if you go that route, vaping just becomes really easy and practical. I always get a great hit, awesome taste, and I can just replace the cotton wick in two minutes. I know there are lots of people into the VV thing, but I don't really see the value. Everything tastes good at 3.7v and there's always a fresh battery ready. I just keep it simple.

Several mods are bottom feeders, while quite a few are breast feeders.

lmao, this is supposed to be a serious thread.

                    The snuson members strike again.

I would be a breastfeeder. Snusdog would be a bottom feeder. That's what dogs do ya know.
Not sure what LX's preferances are tho. I'm sure someone will clue us in on that one.

I know nothing. I like what JP has to say. Will probably score a Reo mini 2.1 & RM2 one of these days.

I just learned that all types of Woodvils including Woodvil Minis will be available sometime in January. I'm considering getting a second one myself. The trick is to make the order as soon as they become available. It's likely that they will be sold out in 24 hours or less. There's a thread on ECF in the REO forum about it. Looks like a lot of cool mods are being made at the moment. After this round is done, they probably won't be available for a good while.
