Problem with kanger evod

Hey guys, I ordered my starter kit and got in in the mail today. I'm having an issue charging it and I'm not sure what's going on. I read the instructions which say that when you plug it in the charge light will be red and when it's charged it turns green.

What's going on with mine is that the charger light stays on blue whenever it's plugged in when you put the battery on it it turns red but goes back to blue after a couple of minutes, I tried to put the atomizer on it and see if it would puff but nothing happened I then put the battery back on the charger and it did the same red/blue thing. I'm confused, help please!

Ok, I just figured out how to make it vape, apparently the battery was locked, however it still does the odd thing with the cahrger. Is it possible the batteries were fully or almost fully charged when it was shipped?

when you plug it in and its charging the lite should be red. When its charged fully the light will either turn green, blue, or simply go off[ depending upon the type]

Sounds like yours is fully charged.

Ok, excellent. I just assumed that the batteries would have no charge being brand new... Perhaps I should stop doing that!
