Your 100% correct sir! I just love to see experts like Dr. Radu and Mr. Godshall on snuson. We all know that there is a certain segment out there, like me, that have a very difficult time trying to stop smoking regardless of all the NRT crap available. If the FDA would go so far as to just be accurate about the health risks of using snus, they would save millions of lives. I could not imagine what the impact would be of labeling cigarettes with a sticker advising people to use snus if they cannot quit cigarettes. I just get cynical about all of this because it seems like the cigarette companies are always behind legislation like PACT as a way to control their own market. Add to that the tobacco opponents who just want to see tobacco outlawed regardless of what type it is and the government trying to milk us for every cent in our pockets and it seems like we are the ones always getting screwed in the end. You know what? I still have a smoke maybe 2-3 times a month at best with friends but snus has given me a freedom I couldn't imagine before and I am very grateful for it. I no longer need or even crave cigarettes for that matter. I quit for a year once before using nicotine lozenges and felt like I suffered every single day of that year until I started smoking again. Now I just use snus. Thanks Mr. Godshall for helping spread the truth!

Yup, not only do we fight the tobacco abolitionists, but big tobacco as well. If I remember correctly, Phillip Morris and RJR were huge supporters (both vocally and probably financially) of the PACT act. It didn't effect their sales, but it hurt their competition's.
