Yeah, as has been said, these US companies make their billions selling cigs and dip, and while we would like to see them make a quality snus, I don't think they will, because they don't want to harm their own cig and dip sales. If a real snus is going to come out, it's going to start from a lesser powerful tobacco company, or one that is not afraid to compete with the big names. But I still think for the most part, snus, real snus, is not well known generally in the US, and those that have known or tried it, probably did so with the US stuff, as a curiousity or something to tide them over while not smoking.

I'll be giving them a try, but I'm not expecting much. Low expectations are good when trying this sorta thing.

I'm still holding my breath for a return of Triumph. That was some goddamn good snus.

Marlboro snus is disgusting, far more so than the Camel. I'm not sure they should legally be able to market it as snus as that seems more than a little misleading.

Haven't tried the new Marlboro yet, but if it tastes like it did in the tiny pack, which I have heard it does, then it is sickly sweet and disgusting.

I have had the Skoal Mint. It tastes like a very artificial mint. The nic buzz is ok.

I get a can of these once in awhile. The flavor is ok, and the way I see it, it helps extend my stash of real snus longer.
