I think they have a leg to stand on due to the fact that they would be providing or subsidizing health care premiums.

Asshole tobacco nazis at work. We should propose a bill that supports eugenics for anti-tobacco nazis...at least that has a precedence in American history, whereas the reason Jamestown survived was because they grew tobacco as a cash crop.

Let's just hope they don't ban alcohol, as then they will have to ban all forms of drinking (water, soft drinks, etc) as to not have people thinking you are drinking alcohol when you take a drink of water. Idiots.

It is amazing that in the condition our country is in that it is generally accepted to waste this kind of time on these issues.
Why not real issues on how to revive the economy? job creation or even lowering property taxes which is a real issue for dropping real estate prices?

I think there should be a official online forum for the people to vote on what issues we would like our state public officials to spend the most time on.

Then it can be tracked if these slobs are working for us.
