In like 5 minutes, she was talking and acting like she does when shes a little buzzed from alcohol, and within 10 minutes, she was sitting on the floor, telling me that snus are "naughty." I'm sort of pissed...I don't get a buzz like that. EVER. Not even from extra sterks.
try a pinch of loose (but be careful with ES loose)

Skruf has not registered with the FDA as such they are not technically supposed to sell to the US. However, unlike LD and Gustavus, Skruf has not forbidden its merchants from selling to the US. The result is that you can still get skruf but the availability is limited to a few stores (Northerner cannot carry it b/c of their US based wear house).

In the end, Skruf has not pursued the US market and has made their product more difficult to obtain while at the same time lowering its quality (e.g. going from 50 to 45 to 42 grams to name just one example). My point was which customers are they targeting (not US, not EU, Swedish Match has Sweden locked up so not them...........is it Russia, Bangladesh, Moopo Mia........... who?)
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

I believe they're targeting norway. Swedish Match also doesn't have sweden locked up, it's a match between F&L with 10 percent of the market which is now owned by BAT and Swedish match.

I've got Skruf Extra los, and nothing from that. I've also got Thunder Extra Stark, and nothing from that. I don't recall ever getting a buzz from dipping either, though.

Sounds like a lock to me. The figures I see are 86% Swedish Match, 9% BAT, and everyone else gets the rest. While BAT's 3% growth in the last couple years is decent, it still kind of sucks when you're selling 1 tin to Swedish Match's 9.

That is weird, have you ever tried taking a tolerance break?

Another thing I can suggest is getting some L-Tyrosine and vitamin B6; the details are here, in the first post I ever made: http://www.snuson.com/forum/showthre...and-a-snus-tip .

Nope, never really took a tolerance break...but, I've never really gotten a buzz from oral tobacco...so, not sure it would do any good. LOL Maybe I'm just wired weird. My brothers and sister and I just think that our family has crazy high tolerances for alcohol and nicotine.

Yes but every time a snus company brings out and Xtra Sterk they say it's for the Norwegians who 'like it strong'. So bringing out a 'lighter' snus sounds counter productive if they plan on releasing it for the norwegians. I'm not a fan of 'light' snus so I wont be buying any.

Maybe they're releasing them for lxskllr? I do recall him saying,
"I think snus could have at least 75% less nicotine."

Skruf's answer to General Silver? Meh. If they were smart, they would release Skruf Xtra Stark in a White Portion, since high nicotine and white portion brands are very popular in Norway.

Honestly that's what I thought it would be. Or mint or wintergreen.

It's not for me. I'm anti stark, anti light, anti anything that breaks from Swedish traditional snus. I'm also anti Skruf. The only product I liked from them was the lös, and they screwed that up by cutting corners. AFAIC Skruf doesn't exist as a brand.

                              I'd buy that Tranbar White.
