Yes, Go Buy Online (Main navigation) > My Orders (2nd Navigation below main)> and Click the "Details" to acquire your UPS tracking number.

This is now fixed, All paid orders has went through though, but you just didn't get confirmation letters. You can find your order anyhow form page "My Orders" at top bar.

Yes, we needed someone to help with logistic and make things happen and we chose the partner we can trust, who works world wide and follows the regulations and laws. I don't know what will happen to other shops which currently don't pay taxes, but I bet there will be the day when someone needs to pay what is left unpaid. It was number one criterion for us that everything works by the guidelines and law - we want to do things right and I hope you want too.

I'm not exactly a law and order kind of guy, but this is the reality. The other shops will be shut down eventually, and I expect it'll be sooner than later. Buying out of country is ok for individuals atm but enjoy it while you can. The future is too uncertain for an enterprise such as SnusOn to gamble on beating the man.

All that being the case, there's only so much you can do with the prices just like gasoline....

I agree with others that the FREE shipping is a great way to start this adventure but as a customer I would like to see some more/better deals after that.

Otherwise might as well just go somewhere else or directly to the northerner.com site.

If I'm going to order on a regular basis, I'd like to keep using SnusOn Shop. You really can't beat the convenience, as long as prices are reasonable. I mean I'd be using Buysnus except shipping is astronomical. I'd rather support Ice and SnusOn if possible.

Congrats on your new house! It depends where do you live, but your order will be shipped from Pennsylvania with regular UPS (UPS Ground), shouldn't be problem.

The shop is now launched, here are last few details how it works.

1) All products will be shipped from US warehouse and the shop is following current online guidelines, world wide shipping excluding to the US states and few countries where tobacco online sales from US is forbidden.

2) Forum points will turn to extra discount. Based on all feedback we got, we tuned bonus point system so that it shouldn't make any troubles to forum. Forum points is basically nice small extra benefit that members get when you have participated the forum - when you reach certain levels you'll get small extra discount from the shop. The levels are set so that the max extra discount is 7 % and you'll get that when you have reached 10 000 points. 5000 points gives you 5% and 1000 points 2%.

3) When you buy snus from SnusOn shop you'll get regular "shop bonus points" as well. This is normal system, but nice benefit as well. When you have collect enough bonus points you can use those in the SnusOn shop.

4) I really like that shop is integrated with forum, so we can support very easy shopping, ratings & reviews. Beside of that we'll do our best to find good campaigns for the members e.g. first 4 days are shipped free.

Owen, If your asking how long is the free shipping for, It's 4 days from when ice posted the above... So know 3 days left including today...

If your asking how long it will take to ship to you, It will be the same shipping times as Northerner has now since it will be coming from Northerner in Pennsylvania....
