Or they could just reduce all of ours by a percentage assuming that we all post needlessly at times...well maybe not all of us but I'm guilty.

I wonder if most of us here would order big orders or not. I think it would cost me more to place a big order of say 75 cans this way rather than getting them from overseas...at least it's that way with some outfits. Maybe a discount for bulk buys that would be bigger than that of other shops. The VIP thing would've worked out much much better if there were a larger selection for the US maybe that can be incorporated to the new shop.

Another fun idea would be to create some snus "packages" of different cans say in a box of 10 or 20 that would be themed after forum members.

I wonder of a sort of co-op thing would work...probably wouldn't be legal with tobacco being involved and all though.

Perhaps they could also find a way to eliminate posts in threads that have nothing to do with snus such as people & World around us, I could care less about the same countless posts on peoples views of politics over and over and over and over about the same thing, Then the points staying would also make sense. I for one don't post in What's in your Mouth to be a post whore, But use it as a means to keep track of my snus usage and to see how much nicotine I have used for that day along with keeping track of when and how long I have kept my snus in for. It is also a usefull tool to see what snus others find to be there daily favorites so that I may want to try it...

That's a good idea, but a more viable approach would probably be Switzerland, Russia, Channel Islands or Isle of Man

Why start this kinda thing now. We don't even know if it's gonna be worth it. I mean the fact of the matter is, if it's worth my time your gonna see a lot more posting. Not sure the big posters are gonna post any more regardless (I mean, how much more can you post). I mean what is Ice suppose to do develop some convoluted point percentage algorithm. I don't think that's the point. I'm pretty sure it just comes down to membership and post count to Ice. The bigger both those numbers are, indicate a lot of traffic, which in turn, means more lucrative advertising bucks. I frequent a few forums that got big and get major sponsorship dollars now. In other words it can be a money making venture. Which sorry to say is prolly what Ice want's it to be. Wouldn't you if you owned it?

Okay, so to sum it up. And some of my thoughts.

1. Count posts of substance (i.e. nothing in the "What's in your _________" threads, or People & World Around Us).
2. Offer a shipping discount - like a flat rate shipping like (OTHER WEBSITE) does - 20$ or less no matter the purchase amount.
3. Good pricing on snus.
4. Bring back the mystery can! (okay, that one's me)
5. Buy 10 get 1 free, etc. Buy 10 pay for 7, like (ANOTHER WEBSITE) - I really like that model. More importantly, buy more pay less.
6. Allow SnusOn Shop points from purchase to roll over into Northerner/GetSnus bonus points system as well (since Northerner is the one handling the SnusOn Shop as Ice said below) or intergrate this system into the SnusOn Shop.

We will launch the shop during the next week and Northerner will be our trusted partner making everything happen.

All that and I think this could be a good thing. (SOME OTHER GUY) started (SOME OTHER SITE) as a way for his forum members/friends, so I think Ice doing this for his friends/members here is a good token of appreciation for the folks that make SnusOn what it is.
