Thanks, the shop needs to provide good service [or service equal to northerners normal service which has been pretty dam good lately], and better deals according to how many points you have and exclusive snuson promotions. Recent developments in the snus world are making it necessary to up the anti so we can eventually blow all the other suppliers and forums out of the box. But it will take some time to get things sorted out. Its coming tho............


on a side note.....I price check all my orders with northerner and buysnus. Lately northerner has been considerably cheaper with every order. Also northern has some kind of promotion in effect all the time so that helps. I think Northerner used to be a tad more expensive but that doesn't seem to be true anymore. I'm in illinois with an 18% tax. My best deals are always with northerner now. I would use the snuson shop but I like all the points I have saved up at northerner. When things get settled in our shop I'm going to suggest that the points for free rolls be useable at both shops.

I just placed my first order from the snuson web shop. Can anyone tell me how to track and/or check my order? On the site it said I could check the order by going to my profile but I see nothing there. Thanks

shag1952, I dont think youll be able to track it intill it actually ships. Being that it is Sunday, You wont get a shipping confirmation till tomorrow. Then you can track.

Okay so who do I go to if I suspect there is a problem with my order? I ordered 4 days ago and have not seen a shipment confirmation yet. When I tried to contact snuson about using the link they provided in their order confirmation the email I tried to send was rejected. They already took my money, can anyone help??!!

I would call or email Northerner and explain to them what happened and that this is a snuson shop order (the snuson shop is run by Northerner). You can find Northerners contact info on their own site http://www.northerner.com/index.php

Keep us posted and if the matter is not resolved let us know................as mods we have no direct interaction with the workings of the shop.....However, we may be able to put your concern in front of somebody who does.

Hey Everyone. I wasnt sure where to post my question. But its in regards to the Snuson shop. Dont get me wrong. I love our lil shop. Fast shipping. Decent prices. But our selection is severly limited. What would it take for the shop to expand? Offer some variety. I would like to keep Snuson Shop as my one and only shop but it just doesnt have everything I want.

I tried to order from the little snus store here online, some General products and a few others i wanted to try. Now the whole darn shipment is held un customs somewhere. Customs! I thought I was ordering from the US warehouse not the Swedish one. Now I understand that things do happen but the already took my money and it doesn't lokk too good for me getting my order anytime soon. So now what? is my order just going to sit in limbo while they hold onto my money? This sucks
