That is bush league............ and it makes all this glorious talk about sharing the sand in the sand box seem disingenuous and unbelievable at best.

My sandbox doesn't have anything to do with Chad and Nash's past transgressions. It just means that I think the people that are jumping on them for starting a smokeless tobacco forum are petty for thinking that there exists no "need" for another smokeless forum. I saw the same criticism when Larry started his site up, and I just don't get it.

But if criticism against their forum is based on things that Chad and Nash did on this forum in the past, then that's beyond my scope of giving-a-shitness. Sometimes the behind-the-scenes gossip and infighting that I hear about on these tobacco forums reminds me of High School. Minus the slutty cheerleaders.

I do not disagree with anything you are saying. In fact, I began this entire thread by wishing chad and nash well .................and I continue to do so. I have no ill will against any member who wants to join their site anymore than I would resent people reading you very well done magazine.

The point of my last post was the manner in which we conduct ourselves, interrelate, and ultimately work along side each other for the same cause (something pipe smokers do not need to do as much since they are not under the same degree of fire that we snusers are)

What I was upset about is/was how snuson was getting bashed for being ass holes on a thread we started to wish another site well and to give the founders of that site time and space to answer a few concerns and articulate their vision

When chad got banned a while back...........I worked very hard behind the scene to get him reinstated (when standing up for chad was not a very popular thing to do on the forum). Chad is here in large part because of the work that myself and other did on his behalf........so I'm not really ready to be accused of hating on chad or being a prick................In turn I don't expect chad to do things that would undermine or seek to circumvent a site that has given him more second chances than any other would

I also don't expect Nash to come on this site with an ass sig........... dropping vj bombs in the chat room........calling people nigga and kunt (cause "that's the way I roll") and then banning people on his site for doing the same thing. Nash got banned here for doing the very things he won't tolerate on his own site...............and then called us assholes and censors for doing it.

Nash........show this site the same respect you expect to be shown for your own.................and never forget that your forum is filled with post from people you largely met here. There is something to be said about paying it forward and not burning your bridges behind you

I do think their new site is a conceptual rip off...............and I said so

I do think chad and nash could set their sites higher than they have and really do something very well.............and I said so

I do wish them the best and bear no ill will toward them or any who wish to share in their venture...............and I said that as well

Word on the street is that Chadizzy1 and cnash have started their own forum. Gosmokeless.org. Many of you have probably already received special invitations through your snuson PM to join. If not I am sure they will be glad to have you pop in for a visit.

First, I wish Chad and Nash all the best on their new venture and hope that it will spread the word about snus to many who need to know.

However, I am a little disappointed that both chad and nash have felt the need to spend so much time here at snuson in the past day or so …………..using the snuson PM system……………and all the contacts they made through snuson……………in order to hook people away from snuson.

Anyway, I wish them all the best………..and………maybe………..if possible……….just a touch more class.

It seems to me that chad and Nash have showed nothing other than class in this thread despite all the attacks....

I'm not sure why having a concern and giving the other person the decency to respond to that concern (rather than trashing him on pms or doing hit and runs over at their site) is viewed as mean spirited or highschool.......I was always taught that was the way grown ups handled issues.

It was not intended to be malicious. Rather it was intended to show

1) I have supported chad in the past

2) I expect from nash at this site the same respect that he expects at his site.......

To be honest, there's been so much negativity in this thread we didn't want to contribute. We figured just let everyone have time to get out all the negative things they want to say about a new site, about me, or about Nash, and just let it die. Thank the people who wish us well, and then go on about our business. Really not much to say past that.
