    Yes, I remember "splurging" and spending $50.00 on an order. USPS has an ID option for people shipping wine. This whole mail fiasco was set up by big tobacco as a way to screw the Native Americans out of the tobacco business. Whoever wrote PACT relied on lobbyists rather than research.

      For what it's worth, I've been getting nasal snuff from both Toque and Mr. Snuff via USPS all along. Business as usual. Maybe it's that nasal snuff is still really a niche, but...there ya go. It says 'Snuff Cans' right there on the customs declaration. I said when PACT became law and ever since that I didn't think the law would stand up against international shipments when/if challenged.

      And that's pretty much why I'm using mostly nasal snuff at this point....plus General, because there are now three locations around town where it can be had. Having UPS ship over from Sweden is just too damn expensive.
