I live in a state that has banned out of state tobacco on the internet....but they are useless without enforcement. But I often wonder why Canadians and Australians even try. Snus mostly slips in here without any notice. Over the years so many from Canada have regailed us with the horror of Canada's tobacco taxation. Take away molsens and tim hortons next?

While I sympathise with those in the US that want to say how hard getting snus has become ... I would suggest that the fact that the EU is attempting to criminalise lössnus in a country where it is traditionally used is far worse! Instantly criminalising old boys who have used it all their life!

This is the country that makes all V2 tobacco snus and Oliver Twists too ... we don't want Denmark to go down this route!

PRobably the same way Jack Daniels can still run a distillery in Tennessee. Question for people closer to the situation. What happens if they flat out refuse. Are they in too deep to get out of the E.U? Cant they just get into a ton of debt like Greece and claim they sell it to raise taxes to get out of debt?
