Can't Order General Mint from Over Seas

An Insight into the Two Discontinued Products

General is a well-known, historic snus brand and it will surprise many to hear that some of its products are being discontinued. The Mint and Wintergreen snus are both high-quality and highly favored mint snus, occupying a slot in many snusers rotations. Both have a distinct, bold mint character with a well-balanced, rich tobacco flavor.

General Mint has more of a balanced mint flavor, with notes of peppermint running throughout. It is paired with the signature tobacco character and is packaged in white portions for a long-lasting release with a clean, crisp mouthfeel. Moreover, with a nicotine content of 8 mg/g, they are a perfect all-day product.

General Wintergreen is another white portion, providing a more contemporary mouthfeel and experience. Its flavor profile has a much sweeter mint taste and compliments the rich tobacco flavor, providing a fresh and mellow experience. Similarly, each pouch contains 8 mg/g so for those with a lower nicotine tolerance or wanting a product for all-day use, it is ideal.

However, now these products aren’t available to buy outside of the US, what other options will fill this gap left in many rotations?

Good to see you posting Burnie. How the hell can they discontinue 2 old favorites like that?
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Wonder what the difference is between collecting tax through overseas UPS shipments to US buyers and local amounts? I know the store want 8 bucks a can for General nowadays.

Well in Florida they charge a good sin tax, but my problem is finding a place to get it. I checked on Generals website and the closest is over an hour drive (one way), and that's IF they even have it in stock when I get there. Most of the places overseas I have ordered from in the past were out of stock or discontinued. I did find 2 that had it listed, ************ (which I never heard of), and snus24.com which I ordered another 50 cans for the freezer, which is currently in Louisville, KY customs. With what I have in the freezer and what is coming, I'm good for 18 to 20 months, then I'll need to figure out something to replace it

Edit: Strange the site edited snus port website?

Nick and Johnny Green Ice is a nice alternative if you run out of General and there's still no online offerings. Appreciate the heads up about snus24. Might have to grab some, but sitting at around 20 cans of the mint and not sure if Ill pull the trigger on any more. I know I won't be giving any 7-11's 8-9 bucks a can in the future, Ill do one cigar a day before that goes down.

Got my order in from snus24 today. Was worried they would be out of date, but were dated Aug 15th, so they are good.
