    I think I've only posted 2 times on SC. The best part about that site to me, is the articles, I always check it every day. As a forum, it's not very active, and I like the layout better here.

        snuscentral activity seems to come and go. I really enjoy the regulars on the site even though many are here also. also Larry does put out great articles and whenever anyone has an issue on his site be it on the forum or store he acts immediately to do what he can to resolve it to the satisfaction of that member. Lately it seems as though Northerner has been really lacking on customer service. Too busy looking ahead and forgetting how they got there.

          This is very true.

          My first order got screwed up. My card was charged, but they didn't show an order being placed. I contacted Larry, and he got it taken care of quickly and my order was on it's way to me.

            You ever notice how we are all incredibly happy when the snus vendors swoop in and fix their screw-ups?

            I buy almost everything over the Internet. Not food and stuff, my wife buys that, but I hate to shop, so when I buy something for me it is usually online.

            My orders almost never get messed up at all. Maybe 1 in 100 or even less has a problem.

            But for snus, in my experience, the number seems to be about 1 in 3 or maybe 1 in 5.

            Maybe we are all too understanding. How hard is it to price snus, read an invoice and then put it into a box?

            Their managers/owners may be responsive to problems, but IMO, there are WAY too many problems to start with.

              A lot of it might be size. Snus is probably in a weird middle ground, where they aren't big enough for advanced infrastructure, but are too big to run on a personal level. I've had issues with almost every vendor I've used, and more problems than other internet purchases. The customer service is better than some big guys though when things go wrong. I had to get into it with buy.com once, and I thought I was gonna have to get the credit card company involved. I've never had piss poor CS like that from a snus vendor.
