Seems like they've been coming a lot more in my last few orders.

Yeh, that sucks a lot. It's same in europe. The warning labels is like half of the cigarette box.
It looks very stupid.

the new cans from SM not only have warning labels on the top of the can.. but the have a sticker on the bottom
in english with the ingredients and 'sale allowed only in the US'. covers up the bast fore date.

The irony is, cigarettes still have a tiny Surgeon General's Warning on the side:

You'd think the FDA would prioritize cigarette warning labels before smokeless tobacco labels. I heard the new cigarette warnings won't be on packs until 2012. I'm sure it has to do with all the tax revenue made off cigarettes...

I really believe that Phillip Morris and other Big Tobacco companies are running the whole damn show (Pact/FDA/etc..).

Keep real snus out US consumers' hands
Keep folks smoking

Then pass a law that runs the Indians out of Business, eliminates all but one shipping option, and force most internet tobacco sales to stop

You guys have this all wrong! Bigger warning labels mean bigger cans which means that will have to put more tobacco in bigger cans to fill them up! I say lets add warning labels until a can is big enough to hold 100 portions.
