A little off the topic here but I figured I'd chime in with my last order experience to see what others are running into in other states. Anywho, I received my last order a couple days before the PACTACT went into effect. When the UPS guy showed up, I asked him if he had heard about having to verify age when delivering tobacco products. Surprisingly, he said "no, not a word." I'm well over the age limit, but this inconvienece was what worried me more than the tax money these blood suckers are after. Maybe it will take a bit. Or maybe here in Maryland UPS will not worry about the age verification bit. I don't know. I just thought it was interesting that two days before the bill was to be enforced, the driver had no clue what I was talking about??

I also think the law stands in violation of the Constitution with regards to out of state tax collection and the manner of the restrictions it places on USPS. It also violates our treaty with the Seneca nation.
