I'm 20 and cannot register at the General site. It seems pretty stupid that I'm legally allowed to buy tobacco, but not receive information on it, but I guess that's just the way this country is going...
I'm in the same boat as you. It's funny how the government allows us to use tobacco and fight their wars, but we can't even access a tobacco website? As well, you can view pornography at 18... a website about snus is WAY more tame.
