Premieres Fri, October 15 at 10P

Jesse storms Congress to find out if the government is conducting bio-warfare experiments at the mysterious Plum Island Animal Research Center off the coast of Long Island. With all due respect, i am unsure if joe posted this in jest. Yes jesse ventura is a twin of a,ex jones, but he has some smi legit claims, and he was goveror at one point. The us has always put money into bio-weapons, and though i know little about plum island, it wouldnt surprise me to find out this was true.

Maybe Jesse does a lot of reading in his spare time!!

There are still many unanswered questions concerning Plum Island...
The storyline, which deals with the murder of employees of Plum Island, where work is done with hazardous materials (including anthrax) is obviously very timely today. It makes a lot more sense today than in 1997 when this book was first published. You get to learn a little about this stuff, so DeMille's research doesn't go to waste here.
Not a bad way to be entertained and learn a little about Plum Island itself.

        Nelson DeMille - Plum Island
        "
Wounded in the line of duty, NYPD homicide cop John Corey is convalescing
in rural eastern Long Island when an attractive young couple he knows is
found shot to death on the family patio. The victims were biologists at
Plum Island, a research site rumored to be an incubator for germ warfare.
Suddenly, a local double murder takes on shattering global implications -
and thrusts Corey and two extraordinary women into a dangerous search
for the secret of PLUM ISLAND… "

I watched it, and it was good. The government having bio-war labs all over the US is not hard to believe, and the possibility of such things like lyme disease(or is it lime disease?) and possible bio-mutants(as have been found) could have a connection with such labs. I don't trust our shadow government, nor do I believe our good is their main intention.

Next week should be good. Area 51, yep, an old topic, but the preview seems to address it in a new approach.

Plum island aint got shit on where im living. I just found i live at a superfund site with active pockets of radiation in my neighborhood caused by overly-lax safety procedures used at the naval base across the street. We have tripple the cancer rate of any neighborhood in america or some shit. Take that plum island!

I just started watching this show so far:

Cue theatrical scene of his boat being chased by Homeland Security and Coast Guard. WTF do you expect off the NY coast. I thought it was Government's job to identify boats near our borders?

His first expert Kenneth King, pimps a book "Genes Gone Wild" so I want to see what this guys backround is, He has a PhD so I'm assuming he might know what he's writing about right? Maybe even some work experience in the field of biology or chemistry.

Off the Record: An Anthology of Poetry by Lawyers

He obtained his undergraduate degree from Berea College, an M.A. from the University of Kentucky, a doctorate in English from the University of Nebraska, and his J.D. from Vanderbilt in 1998. His poetry appeared in various literary journals and magazines before he went to law school. After law school, King clerked for the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, worked for Legal Aid, and practiced law in Somerset, Kentucky. In the fall of 2003, King returned to full-time teaching in the English Department at Western Kentucky University.

Great so far we got ourselves a guy who holds a PhD in English, and he's a Lawyer that likes to write poetry.

Our expert at teaching people how to write books is done giving his opinions about his conspiracy theory.

Now I'm at the point where they are talking about the Montauk "Monster"
