Brownshirt Pigss Arrest man for Being a Democrat

Brownshirt Pigs Arrest man for Being a Democrat

It's A Crime to Be a Democrat to Eric Cantor

By now you've probably seen the latest GOP-sponsored thuggery in lowkell's diary. A Democrat mistakenly understood Eric Cantor's invitation to voters to come with their "family, friends & neighbors" to meet Rep. Eric Cantor to include Democratic voters, too. It didn't.

That's John Taylor, a member of the Louisa County Democratic Committee and a backer of Cantor's opponent, Rick Waugh, being manhandled by local law enforcement for "trespassing, resisting arrest and creating a public disturbance."

Taylor said Cantor had promoted the event on his website, so he assumed it was a public event. "We RSVP'd," he said.

He and three other Democrats went inside the coffeehouse with the intent of asking questions of Cantor, who has declined to debate Waugh.

Taylor said the Democrats were asked to leave by the coffee shop's owner. When they refused, authorities escorted them outside.

Ah, he was just being "escorted" outside. Good to know. I guess that's the advantage of being an elected Republican. Joe Miller had to hire private militia thugs to intimidate people at his supposedly private events. At least Taylor didn't get his head stomped, so in that he should be grateful that it was cops doing the escorting, rather than Rand Paul style "volunteers." Cantor, who "has a tendency to surround himself with layers of defense," apparently hasn't commented on this, yet.

It's becoming increasingly clear that there's no room for opposition, or for difficult questions. Cantor refuses to debate. Miller and Angle won't answer any questions from the media. Paul has to be "protected" from 23-year-old women carrying satirical signs. There's no room for opposing points of view, or even for questions, in the Republican world.

It is really difficult to read the giant bolded print you always post, especially from my phone. Please use regular fonts when posting shit so I can read it.

And about your article, it's nice to see dems getting a taste of their own medicine. If your point is to to point out that republicans are shiesty politicians than thank you, Captain Obvious, for the flash news report.

Politics is just about business as usual:

Obama doesn't keep a budget for; a) Michelle's show shopping trips, b) Field trips for the girls, or c) The war in Afghanistan

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

How is this any different than what dems do? What makes republicans more fascist than democrats? This is election season, accusing others of being fascists and making allusions to hitler is standard operating procedure, verry cliche.

Ive never seen you post anything here about democrats being fascists or brownshirts, why is that? Are you a fascist, do you put the state before the people, party before logic, hmm, you a brownshirt Joe?

Lol, despite what you think the country will continue as usual in it's already pre-fascist direction regardless of who gets elected.

I never liked the term "Pig" when referring to a police officer even before my son got into law enforcement.

There is a difference. The same people were blind in Germany. Now they believe in Palin, Tea parties
                    and Nazi UFOs.

If you thought the term pig arose in the 1960s, you're in for a surprise. The OED cites an 1811 reference to a "pig" as a Bow Street Runner--the early police force, named after the location of their headquarters, before Sir Robert Peel and the Metropolitan Police Force (see above.) Before that, the term "pig" had been used as early as the mid-1500s to refer to a person who is heartily disliked.

The usage was probably confined to the criminal classes until the 1960s, when it was taken up by protestors. False explanations for the term involve the gas masks worn by the riot police in that era, or the pigs in charge of George Orwell's Animal Farm.

                      Pig
This term was widespread during the 19th century, disappeared for a while, but reappeared during the 20th and 21st century. It became especially popular during the 1960s and 1970s in the underground hippie and anti-establishment culture. It has also been used in anti-authoritarian punk and gangsta rap circles. Oz magazine showed a picture of a pig dressed as a policeman on a front cover.

Joe, face it, you are now fighting for the state, fighting for the man, to keep him in power and to keep the protestors down. The protestors are terrorists joe, they are not part of the government and therefore hate america. You love the state, and the state loves you, big brother 2012 baby, now THAT is freedom!
