I know a few people who roast their pumpkin seeds but I have no idea at what temp.
One dips the seeds in soy sauce before spreading them on cookie sheets, or whatever.
Another uses teriyaki sauce; and yet another uses some kind of hot wasabi concoction.
They're all delicious.
I try to visit each one while their roasted pumpkin seeds are still plentiful --
saves me from having to do my own!! Usually end up with goody bags of
deliciousness.
I melt a pat or two of butter, mix in garlic salt and cajun seasoning and toss in clean and mostly dry seeds. I then slow roast them in the oven. Typically around 250. Depending how moist they are when the go in will dictate cooking time. I just check them every 20-30 minutes.

Mmmmm those sound good. I love pumpkin seeds but have never had them that way. Probably be good with a cinnamon sugar mixture as well.
