    I've never been any good at carving anything. I have made some pretty good old-fashioned jack o' lanterns, though.

        I melt a pat or two of butter, mix in garlic salt and cajun seasoning and toss in clean and mostly dry seeds. I then slow roast them in the oven. Typically around 250. Depending how moist they are when the go in will dictate cooking time. I just check them every 20-30 minutes.

          Mmmmm those sound good. I love pumpkin seeds but have never had them that way. Probably be good with a cinnamon sugar mixture as well.
