I don't want to lie, and if they'd sent me that card, which I was expecting, I would have filled it out and applied at a place a week, I never got anything, so I really didn't know what to do. The website is rather confusing and does not give specific actions to be done. Anyway, I filled it out truthfully, and I'll see what happens. Thanks for all the replies.

Tom, you need to decide how you are going to tackle this. You can be truthfull and be all bootstappy and everything, or you can learn how to play the game and maybe survive this thing.

I agree with LX's previous statement RE: Unemployment. You put in the work, you put into the system, don't hesitate for a second to get your check when your card gets pulled. It's your money, you paid for the insurance, and you never get aynthing for free so take every penny they will give to you.


If you decide you would like to recieve a check someday so you can buy groceries, than you need to asnwer "yes" to the "are you looking for work" section. Also, you should be applying for food stamps since you now meet the requirements.



Yo, the welfare state has ****ed us, and is an endless cycle of producers paying in and takers taking out. But hey, you are legitimately unemployed and therefore the law says you get a check. Society has taken so much from you, so put an x in the "yes" box and get your damn check.

Yah pretty much. There are more white people on welfare than black last time I checked, or at a minimum the southern (white) states take a disproportionally large amount of the benefits.

Please cite where I said anything of that nature. The only negative statements I make are towards a racist looney waiting for space nazi's to come rescue him. Incidentally you ever think that all the sites you were browing on Nazi's might have contributed to being fired. Most employers EVERY FREAKING WHERE look down upon such things.
