So sorry Owens. I would definitely be plotting some kind of revenge, be it a civil suit and/or something more creative... As for the speed bump, its an excellent idea. Make it huge. Do it all by yourself, with the consent of the other, normal neighbor. As snusgetter pointed out, technically you would need the consent of all 3 parties, but wtf is her stoned ass gona do about it? Hire an attorney? Yeah right. Call the cops? I highly doubt that -- with someone who always drives around smoking joints with their little medical card, I think it's a pretty safe bet that she's exceeding her quota of plants she is allowed to grow, or somehow circumventing other aspects of the medical marijuana law in CA if she's driving around puffing on big spliffs all the time. The last thing she probably wants are cops around her house. Figure out a reason to call them up to the property to talk to her about her negligent driving and tell them you smell LOTS and LOTS of weed around the area. Maybe they'll go ask her a few questions and freak her out. Then plot real revenge. Or do really creepy shit like sit on a stump on the edge of your property and sharpen an axe every Saturday, with all of your guns stacked up at your feet, and stare at her when she leaves the house. Then shave your head with the axe while you sit on the stump, staring into her window. Fire up chainsaws at midnight and holler "Halleluja!"

Seriously though, my deepest condolences to you and your family. What a shitty thing to happen, and I cannot believe she hasn't apologized. That right there points to the fact that she is a terrible human being with no decency.

I think you are underestimating just how open ended the CA medical MJ laws are lol. You can have up to 99 plants here and dozens of pounds of shit even while your driving. Can't smoke and drive but it's almost impossible to prove since they can't test for concentration on the spot.

I agree with the "be a creep" idea. Just start doing really scarry and unpredictable shit that's overtly aggressive against her. Start digging a grive on the edge of your property that borders hers. Then, if she has kids, dig some smaller ones right next to the main grave.
