    Norwegian Pepper Cookies

As Christmas is slowly approaching I've remembered of the norwegian pepper Cookies that I used to have every year while my stay in norway ...

I was a kid back then..... boy I was eating them all day long and really miss them now...

You can't find these anywhere in Europe .. not that I'm aware of. Probably in Denmark...Sweden or Finland... ;-)

Do you guys like them? I'll have to see how I can order some this year )

          That's why

          They're very traditional in Norway.

My father used to make them, but I didn't know they were Norwegian. They are damned tasty.

I like all of that and pure ginger, too. I love those sushi bars where they serve the sushi with thinly sliced ginger. I eat all of mine and my friends usually give me theirs, too!

I like the crystallized ginger candy, as well as anything else made from ginger. Ginger ice cream is tits, one of my favorite flavors :^)
