Anybody ever try a raw food or alkaline diet?

Yah, i'm just not willing to go so out of my way to get the kind of results it claims. I mean if everyone would just eat some meat, potatoes, and a side of vegetables, and then exercise for 30 minutes maybe 3 times a week, everyone would be in good health. It's really not that difficult to be healthy, and you don't have to eat nothing but raw tomatoes for the rest of your life lol.

I have the habit of getting in a rut and then I will eat bad for a period. So I do some shock and awe phases to return to baseline. It is not the best solution, but it tends to work for me.

I love cold pizza for breakfast but haven't eaten it frozen, although pizzacles do sound delicious.

LOL now that you mention it, I think I am too!

Vegetarian? No problem. I had a severely meat reduced diet for long time when I was younger. Not a strict vegetarian, but I virtually was.

Vegan? I could do it for awhile, but I really like dairy and eggs.

Raw? Not a chance. I like plenty of things raw, but I'd get bored really fast. A week would be easy, and I could do a month with financial incentive, but that's about my limit.
