As someone else said to me, in a week he is in custody and the US wants him dead, yet 9 years later Osama Bin Laden has not been found. Kind of makes you wonder about our priorities.

Particularly the ones who bragged about doing it on-line. So if our going to go DDOs mastercard, make sure you keep it to yourself and do it on a wifi connection at a local mcdonald's or something.

DDOS is a distributed DOS attack in short it is computers around the world taken over to attack a target. Those zombie computer owners have no knowledge of what their machine is up to. So the location of the person is moot. As for developing one of these you need to use a disposable usb drive and machines that cannot be tied back to you to develop and releasing such a thing.

Using the mcdonald's wifi does little to help in the overall nature of such attacks and protecting the hacker's identity.
