This is phase 2 of the "Snuson group project: Crowdsourcing deals".

In this phase, we will establish who is willing to participate as a shipper for the benefit of the community at large.
OPSEC: We need to know who is willing to participate as a "shipper" to place and recieve/distribute these bulk orders. As there is need for some low level operational security in all of this, I have decided we should not publicly post who is willing to do this here on the forum. If the tobacco shipment nazis want to investigate, I don't want to leave a nice little list of leads for them.
So, if you are willing to participate as a shipper, please PM me telling me you are in. You MUST live in a low/moderate tax state to volunteer as a "shipper". I will keep a spreadsheet with all of the volunteers names on it, and once we move to phase 3, all business will be handled via PM between them and me (so that none of the details are plastered on this public forum, for everyones safety).
Again, phase 2 is upon us, if you are willing to help your snuson brethren out by acting as a shipping hub for bulk orders, PM me and let me know you're down.
Phase 3 will begin on Friday, so anyone who wants to participate AS A SHIPPER, please PM me before then.

After the names are gathered, we will decide who lives in a state with the best tax rate, and use them as our guinee pig for the first order. A thread will be created to poll people on what flavors to order, and then I will communicate with the individuals who PM'd me saying they are willing to participate. Once they have agreed to be the middle-man for the order, we will begin taking orders from individuals.
PLEASE DO NOT POST ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE. JUST PM ME, we don't want a nice list of people sitting here on the web.
