Tobacco users have no duty to support society more than any other group, and anything other than typical sales/use tax is just a money grab.
    Yes but you have to put those statistics into perspective:

    Never-smokers: 3.9 cases per 100000
    Snus users: 8.8 cases per 100000
    Smokers: 13 cases per 100000

    Again the harm reduction in play.
