    Good luck with that.

It's great to live in a country where things are so great that people have time to worry about such trivial matters.
Understanding the Constitution doesn't mean you can magically get an allodial title, drive without a driver's license, or stop paying your taxes, but atleast you'll have an understanding about how screwed this country has become and how we got into the mess we are in now. We're pretty much screwed because those type of "trivial" matters. The bankers are doing OK though getting their money at 0% while their "uncle" just keeps piling on more debt to socialize the banks debts.

No reason to raise taxes though, they'll just keep the printing presses rolling and keep devaluing the dollar.

Can you give a quick translation of the text in the picture Chadizzy quoted? Even if you can type it in, that would be a help. That way I can run it in Google Translate. I don't know what the picture's showing otherwise.

You can vote for whomever you want. You can donate money to them. You can campaign for them too.

Don't listen to your "greys" (settle down Tom - I didn't mean it like that ). "Throwing your vote away" is, IMO, a goofy anti-democratic idea whose only benefit is to a party you don't like - why would you listen to that noise? You're being voluntarily disenfranchised...

I normally vote 3rd party at the Federal level and have for quite awhile. Am I "innocent" in the actions of America? Nope - I could certainly try harder to get my "guys" elected.

Like them or not, the "tea party" is doing just this. A few years back they didn't exist. Now they are getting people elected.

Yes but that is largely because they had access to the same funding, facilities and connections as one of the big parties. The GOP ended up posting a lot into it, and everyone the tea party elected is a turncoat. Look at Scott brown.
