Rabbit is delicious. I've only made it stewed but the raw meat reminds me of chicken thighs. I'd like to barbecue it but my brother and I would be the only ones eating it. I guess they're not that big so I'll grill one this spring. They're readily available at supermarkets here usually frozen but sometimes you can find them fresh.
I wouldn't be enthused about the hunting and less so about the cleaning of the meat but I could do it if I had to. I prefer the modern day hunting at Stop & Shop.
No scorpions or grubs or bugs of any kind for me. I can't even watch someone eat something like that without dry heaving...especially if its gooey. That being said I did eat a live earthworm...twice.
