Wonderfalls was actually good too! Never even heard of it but found it on Netflix and watched them all. I like his style, his shows are quirky and draw you into the stories and characters and remain entertaining.

Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared were pretty good. They're on Netflix. It's most of the Superbad/Pineapple Express actors and actresses.

Also a good comedy on instant is Better Off Ted. It's only two seasons, but it reminds me of a cross between The Office and Arrested Development. Porta De Rossi is in it as well.

Oh and another good comedy is Eureka. We got sucked into that one as well.

Better Off Ted and Arrested Development are two of my favorites and the only shows I have actually bought the DVDs of all seasons.

Well if this thread is anything like the last thread Chad started, he won't listen to any suggestions, and just find another Fringe! lol

My all time favourite with no doubt: The Sopranos.

I'm now watching Dexter from the first season. I'm watching "V". And I just saw the first episode of the 2nd season of SPARTACUS. Great show: blood and tits.

I liked Lost and Prison Break but it was not easy to follow it right till the end. But I did. I'm glad it's over.

For comedies I recommend two shows: The Office (the british show is a must but the US version is also very nice.) and Shameless.

Sure I'm gonna check out some of the shows that you have mentioned here. I prefer it to movies.

Haha, okay okay, I actually did listen.

I picked up the first Season of Oz, it's the one that seemed to get mentioned the most. I'm going to give it a try.

I was looking for someone to drop the bomb but it doesnt seem to be happening...

Chad if you like Sci-Fi and Drama you should... nay, MUST watch Battlestar Galactica (the newer one.. not Caprica.. didnt care for that one)

Battlestar Galactica has everything you could hope for in finding a new series to watch.... it qualifies in all of your categories.

Please tell me others can vouch for BSG.... Come on, I know youre out there... "So say we all!"

I thought about trying it, just because Edward James Olmos is in it, and I love his acting.

Dead like me is on the top of my list. To bad it only lasted a few seasons. Monk is not far behind. A real quirky off beat cop show. A newer show that I can at least tolerate is Numbers. It's not up to Monk standards but much better then low level junk like law and order and the whole family of CSI.

Didn't even know there was one so I googled it

                            http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dead_Li...fe_After_Death

Will have to see if I can rent it. Sounds like it could be a good intro to start up the series again.

It was ok, Rube's not in it, and the actress that plays Daisy is different, but as long as Mason is there, I'm there! lol.

Chad, another reason to watch Dead Like Me, It's Brian Fuller, you know, the writer that made Heroes really good.
