Currently my company is having a killer time trying to hire a new nurse for our medical management department. I get an $8,000 referral bonus if I can find a nurse who wants to make some good money at an easy job with good benefits.


If anyone here knows a nurse who is looking to work at a desk job for great pay and great benefits, please PM me. We have offices all over the country, so don't worry too much about geopgraphy.

I will split the referral bonus with anyone here who can find a nurse who is willing to apply (bonus paid if they are hired).


Must have: RN license
Not mandatory, but these will get you a hole in one:

1. Experience in the Workers Compensation industry
2. Experience in case management
3. CCM, CRRN, or COHN licensed
4. Any experience in occupational health

Having seen nurses in action (and assistants) I gotta hand it to them! Why anyone would voluntarily expose themselves to those conditions (people bleeding on them, barfing on them, s**ting on them, etc.) in addition to how nasty some people can be is insane, but I am sure happy someone does. Based on experience and qualifications. I don't know, but I know that those in the same position that they are hiring for make 80-95k a year. My mom is a nurse at this company as well and she makes the high end of that number.
