I am in my late 20's and have seen snow maybe 5 times. Only three of those would be more than flurries. This last time, the one that Vegan is talking about with the kidlet loving it and all? I discovered that I don't like snow. That shit is tricksy. You think that you are going to walk across snow and instead you step on a half frozen slush puddle covered in snow and get your feet all cold and wet. Nope, not for me. I prefer the weather warmer and the liquid that falls from the sky to be actual liquid. Plus, our county COMPLETELY shuts down. For even flurries.

On a similar note, the weather guy around here had to give definitions of hail and sleet and what the difference is. We don't know. We just call it 'freezing shit falling from the sky'

Just heard on the news that the state of Florida could be sunned-in for the next several days. Residents have been urged to hunker down at your nearest beach and/or tiki bar for further instructions. Use extreme caution when braving this blizzard of sunshine, preferably SPF30. We are asking our friends and relatives to the north to please keep us in their thoughts as we deal with 2 feet buried in the sand.

I have a sand shovel ready... And frozen drinks.... We could do with more ice here.....for the drinks I mean lol

The weather 'up here' is usually mostly clousy.
