most of the stuff bushmills makes is good and they have a very broad price range, but even their lower end stuff is good -

Jameson and Bushmills are both good, but the Jameson has a more robust flavor IMO. Bushmills is a little lighter/milder, easy to drink. A few months ago I had a night where I was pounding the Bushmills like it was water, and I paid the price for it later.
Some will tell you Jameson is the drink of Irish Catholics, and the Bushmills is for the Protestants, but that's not exactly true.
Get a bottle of each and try them both!Comment

Black bush. It's my favorite.
I do prefer Jameson's over regular Bushmills though. If you want a wicked light one that is too easy to drink try Tullamore Dew which is also fairly inexpensive. My brother-in-law gave me a glass of "The Knot" a few weeks ago. I wasn't impressed. It was almost like a cordial. Too sweet for my liking.
Black Bush doesn't even require ice. YMMV.Comment
