Red Sox here.

I've always loved the sox. Sure the money thing is a little out of line but as it has been shown money can't always buy the win. I have my feelings about some of the team members that differs with the Sox brass but all in all they've got a good thing going. On paper this year it looks like they'll go far. I can't tell you how many times I've been to the cathedral but it's usually a few times each season. I didn't get tickets this year though...finances, but the Sox are the main reason why I got and continue to have XM radio.

I'm resisting my desire to read everything about the sox now. I try to wait until a week before opening day...I'm starting to get excited though.

I've been pulling for the Braves since 1965 when it became known that they were moving to Atlanta. Before that, I liked the Pirates and the Cardinals. Mostly the Pirates.

I was 5 years old when they came to Atlanta. My first favorite player was Joe Torre. I really liked Ralph Garr but my all time favorite Brave was Fred McGriff. I miss Skip Carey and Pete Van Wieren calling the games.

Atlanta Braves...always have been and will be a fan. I grew up watch mid 80s-90s Braves, been to numerous games including the day of the Atlanta Fulton County stadium fire. The game got delayed for hours and hours.
