Went to Mexico and all I got was some crappy Cuban cigarettes!!

Not complaining...I was hoping to find something unusual though, such as Mexican snuff...didn't know if it existed or perhaps I was looking in the wrong place. I went to Cozumel for the past week and had a great time scuba diving and relaxing! I was able to get a hold of some Cohiba and Romeo y Julieta CIGARETTES and of course some Lucky Strike cigs. I smoked the RyJ cigs as if they were cigs, meaning inhaling and sucking them down and came down with the worst upper respiratory cold crap. I'm kicking myself for not respecting the cuban tobacco! Anyway..this is where I have been..did I miss anything exciting around here???

Yeah, it's made in Sweden and popular in Sweden, but I'm pretty sure Jose in TJ isn't stuffin Monte OP in his lip.

You might want to be careful. A lot of the Mexican cigarettes are actually made with Mexican tobacco and they just use the names of famous brands. They will even stamp their packs with USA and stuff like that to make them look real. I remember going there and thinking I was in heaven when I found Marlboro's for $4 a carton. They were OK for a day or two but they really hit your throat after that. Did you find any snus there? I was trying to see if I would be able to get snus near Morelia but I can't find anything on the net about any tobacco stores there carrying snus.

Snus?? What's that??? hahaha..definitely did not see any snus and I went into many convenience stores and pharmacies looking for tobacco products. I came across the odd can of Kayak dip, that was about it. Never even saw any Skoal or Copenhagen. I do question the quality of the RyJ cigarettes but the Cohiba ones seemed okay..the RyJ smelled of normal cigarettes and even looked like normal light brown tobacco, BUT, the Cohiba tobacco was very dark brown in color and smelled very dark, manure-y, and rich..just incredible!! The RyJ is what tore my throat up...I brought home with me the remaining Cohiba cigs and plan to grind the tobacco into snuff. Don't see myself smoking ANYMORE cigs after this experience.

Who goes on vacation with no snus!?? I had plenty of snus with me, but always on the look out for more, especially rare, hard to find stuff. I priced some Tramadrol?? I guess that's oxycodone or percocet?? I don't use that stuff so I wasn't too interested in it...a friend wanted me to get her some, but it was $60 for 100 pills. I don't know the going rate, but I wasn't gonna splurge for that much and possibly get arrested for bringing it back to the states. I was sweating going through customs with 3/4 of a pack of Cohiba cigs!!! I am so honest, or stupid, that if a customs officer had asked if I had any tobacco, I would have produced that pack of smokes.

That's what kids are for. You can stick a bunch of Cuban smokes into their backpacks and look shocked if a customs officer finds them.

The Cohiba cigarettes are killer good. Did you know that adult cuban citizens get a voucher every month from the government for cigarettes. And with the voucher they only have to pay like 6 pesos for a pack.
