Another liberal that doesn't know the law...

In the United States character names and titles of works are only subject to trademark protection, not copyright protection. Since neither Oregon nor RHCP took out a trademark on Californication nor the name Dani California nothing has been stolen.

I also have to wonder why Joe who loves to download pirated music from TPB is bringing up the subject of stealing anything.

Jeeze Justin, I was only kidding. My point was that if the Chili Peppers claimed they owned it,

This season is ending pretty interestingly. Curious to see where this trial goes.
