Smallville

So I've been watching it here and there lately and I see it's in the 10th season now... so far it seems kinda reduntant. Emotional High School stuff, Clark saves someones life, Lex Luther does something bad/good, and Clark's parents work on a farm. Is there a moving story/plot for the length of this show/is it building to something? Just kinda curious before I commit too much to it.

I watched like 3 seasons of Stargate SG-1 before I gave up and quit watching because every single episode was the same.

I have been watching Smallville since it first came on, seen every episode. I can say this season (the last one) is definitely the best one ever. There were a few seasons that got me to the point where I almost stopped watching though. Still good shows are hard to find these days (the only reality show I watch is Amazing Race) so I don't like passing on them.
