    Here's a Norwegian store.

Some people of the f***ing SV, Sosialistic Leftparty, wants to have a tobacco monopoly as well. Luckily, Arbeiderpartiet, Labour Party, are against this, so they can't get it through. THANK GOD!
Is that VINMONOPOLET at the entrance of CCVest ?

By the way ... you can buy Romanian wine at Vinmopolet :^) you should try some sortiments.... especially the reds.

My parents used to buy wine from there but from regular stores as well ... so they probably have some kind of monopoly over the wine but it's not 100% ... otherwise I don't imagine how they would sell wine at RIMI ?!?

Oh and you can't smoke in a car with anyone under 18 in the whole state:

That's pretty crazy... not smoking in your own house. As for smoking around kids, I think its horrible... when I was younger I remember being around smoke constantly, always coughing and not being able to breathe, I definitely feel that is the wrong thing to do, however I am against any government regulation of things like this, they already have their hand in everything.

My ex, the mother of my child, used to smoke around my son... It wasn't until I quit smoking that I found out (couldn't smell the smoke that was radiating off his clothes). I think it's pretty sad that people still subject their kids to breathing that stuff in this day and age, especially with what we now know about it. Needless to say I went off on her when I found this out.

Yep, it is CCVest. Vinmonopolet has the largest sortiment of the Nordic wine monopolies, and in tests they are ranked as the best one. But, no Rimi doesn't sell wine! Mattilsynet (FDA) are in Rimi stores every week, and I tell you, if they'd found alcohol over the 5% limit, the store would have to close, and they'd be fined heavily.

        Bottomline: Rimi doesn't sell wine.

EDIT: Yes, you get beer from Rimi. Pilsner etc, but only if it's under the 5% vol. limit.

EDIT2: I haven't tried Romanian wine, but I believe you have some of the Roman culture left, so I bet your wine is good!

My school went to Poland last autumn with a bus. What happened in Denmark? Well, the teachers freaked out, as everyone was running out of the bus and into the supermarkets to get fags and alcohol. It was so funny to see the look on my teacher's face when we came out with our bags full of Marlboro and Smirnoff.

Thank god for your 16 y/o limit. Not our 18 yo limit.

In one way, I get it, but still... It's your private home.

              Here are the arguments.

              For:
It reduces passive smoking for the children.

              Against:
You should have full freedom in your own house.
It will be hard to regulate.

              What do you think?
I am against it.. NO ONE should have that power, its your home,,

if they do it for smokers who will be next ??? Drinkers,???? how many people get killed every year through people getting DRUNK at home, across the world thousands, not to mention DRUGS,,
so who is going to police this bit of moronic thought, ?? there is not enough Police to do whats required now, with out handing them this bit of well thought out idea

By the way I am a NON smoker have been for 35 years,
